General Costs
First meeting / consultation and key collection - £10
Subsequent visits for additional key collection / return - £5
All Bank holidays are charged at twice the standard rate for all services, apart from boarding.
Parking / Congestion Fees (if applicable & unavoidable).
Kindly note that discounts or negotiations are not available.

Cat Sitter visits and feeding service
£17.50 for one visit per day (30 minutes)
£35 for two visits per day
£25 for a one-hour visit per day
£32.50 for a two-hour visit per day

• Includes companionship, brushing / playing if they'd like that (or just sit on lap for cuddles and strokes)
  
• Updates with photos/video directly to you with each visit
  
• Bringing in post and watering houseplants if wanted
  
• Cleaning litter on each visit with a full tray clean at the end of the assignment
  
• Washing food / water bowls each visit and topping up water fountain as need with a full refresh as needed
  
• If your cat is shy, we'll take introductions at their pace entirely. We will still stay for the full duration of the visit - even if your cat wishes not to interact. We understand that it sometimes just takes time to build trust with a new person.
  
• Minimum 1 visit per day compulsory

Home Live-in Services for Cats and/or Dogs
From £50 per night. Please read here for further information about live-in services, and decide which service best suits the needs of your pets.

Dog or Puppy Care (in your own home)
£25 for 1 hour
£40 for two hours
up to £100 for 10 hours, between the hours of 8am and 6pm
£15 per hour for additional care before 8am and after 6pm
£30 per hour for care on New Year's Eve plus a taxi home

If you have a very young puppy, you can't yet leave it alone at home or send to a doggy day care, this service caters for that. We spend 1:1 time with your pup in your own home to help with toilet training, eating at scheduled times, brushing and playing. And as time progresses, we can also help with basic commands, lead training, forming good habits, discouraging undesirable behaviour etc. And you'll get plenty of photos and feedback to capture those moments!

Or if your adult dog can't be left on it's own whilst you're out, we can keep it company - snuggle up on the sofa and watch TV with it, give it a brush and play - and take it for a short leg stretch walk in the neighbourhood as needed.

Dog Walking
(up to 2 dogs from the same household)
£25 per hour
£32.50 per 90-minute walk
£45 per 2-hour walk
This service is ideally suited to dogs that need to be walked on their own and not in a group / pack environment. Specifically dogs with slight behavioural problems (very shy, insecure or uncertain) or dogs recovering from surgery and need gentle walks on their own. And some of the golden oldies who just enjoy a much slower pace than what most group walks provide. Please note that we cannot walk aggressive dogs or dogs with significant behavioural issues.

Dog or Cat Home Boarding 1:1 (with us)
No longer available, however, we do still offer small animal home boarding. See further down.

London Hotel Pet Sitting & Dog Walking
£25 for 1 hour
£40 for two hours

Intensive Care
Please contact me for a quote - this service is tailored to your pet's needs and duration of care. Ideally suited to frail & elderly animals - or those recuperating at home after being discharged from your veterinary practice. If you're not confident with giving medication and looking after your recuperating pet, I can assist (in your own home) with animals that require:

• Feeding by hand
  
• Assistance to walk
  
• All support offered will be under strict direction by your veterinary surgeon

Diabetic Pet Care
Myself and several team members are very experienced with administering insulin injections.
This service does not cost extra.

Pets that require Medication
Myself and several team members are very experienced with medication that needs to be administered directly by mouth if needed.
This service does not cost extra.

Tropical or Marine Fish Care
£17.50 per visit - 30 minutes
Fish feeding (including live / frozen food) in conjunction with a pet sitting service is free. However, specialist fish care involving water changes, substrate cleaning will incur additional cost. We can check that your fish all look healthy, that the filter / heater / air pump / lights etc. are all working as they should. And take photos / videos to show you. For marine fish, we can top up their RO water, check the sump, etc.

Bird Care
£17.50 per home visit - 30 minutes
The visit includes feeding, preparing fresh foods or treats if needed, exercising (if applicable) & basic cleaning
£15 Full Cage Clean (complete deep clean & disinfecting)
Tailored to each type of bird's needs
Photos and videos will be sent with each visit

Small Mammal Care
~Rabbits, Hamsters, Guinea Pigs, Gerbils, Chinchillas, Mice, Rats, etc.
£17.50 per visit - 30 minutes
The visit includes feeding, preparing fresh food and treats, exercising if they require some free roaming in the house (if applicable) & basic cleaning
£15 Full Cage Clean (complete deep clean & disinfecting)
Tailored to each type of mammal's needs
Photos and videos will be sent with each visit

Exotic Pet Care
~Frogs, Snakes, Spiders, Geckos, Bearded Dragons etc.
£17.50 per visit - including preparing foods and cleaning as needed
Photos and videos will be sent with each visit

Small Mammal / Reptile / Insect / Invertebrates Home Boarding
From £7/day depending on pet and type of care required
Photos and videos will be sent daily

Additional Services
Vet visits by appointment - £40 (incl. pick-up / drop-off & appointment time)

Payment Terms
Full payment due by the 1st day of care for all visiting services
Full payment is due upon booking & confirmation of all live-in services
Forms of Payment Accepted: Cash or Bank Transfer.
PayPal accepted by prior agreement.
20% is due to West London Petsitter as the agent, and the balance is due to your contracted carer.
Failure to pay the 20% by the start of care, automatically results in no insurance cover being provided.
